How I became a woodworker

I am a retired Computer Engineer and have always loved woodworking. Back in 2008 I decided to get out of the big city and buy a small farm out in Davilla Texas. That is where my business began.

I started building needed items for my church and local fire department (which I serve as a volunteer firefighter for our community) and moved onto larger builtins such as floor to ceiling library systems, cabinets and doors. I then moved onto building desks and tables. My focus moved to farmhouse furniture as well as locally harvested hardwood furniture and slab furniture. As demand for my work started to grow, I decided to stop my computer consulting and go full-time woodworking. Soon I built a small 24 foot x 24 foot dedicated woodworking shop and focused my time on my new profession.

I really enjoy making custom furniture for people and will continue as long as the Lord continues to supply me with customers. So, feel free to send me a message if you have questions, or have an item you would like to have built, I would love to talk with you and make your custom furniture or cabinets!
